Land Acknowledgment

We live, work, and play on the traditional lands of the Multnomah, Kathlamet, Tualatin-Kalapuya, Wasco, Cowlitz, Clackamas, Bands of Chinook, Molalla, and many other tribes who made their homes along the Columbia River. We recognize that these tribes have been impacted by systemic policies of genocide, relocation, and assimilation that still affect Indigenous/Native American families today. As settlers and guests on these lands, we honor the work of Indigenous leaders and families and commit to ongoing efforts to acknowledge their knowledge, creativity, and resilience.
